When Payment Is Due
Payment is due on completion of the clean, unless agreed otherwise in advance.
For end of tenancy cleans, deep cleans, and larger bookings, a deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
Deposits
If a deposit is required, this will be confirmed at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of late cancellations.
Receipts/Invoices
Receipts or invoices can be provided upon request.

If you are not completely satisfied with your clean, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment and we will arrange to return and resolve any missed areas where reasonably possible.
